As a New York resident, Dr. Tsui has dedicated much of his free time to the community that he works and lives in. He is currently a member of the Multicultural Advisory Committee at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. He also founded Asian Professional Extension, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides young inner city Asian Americans with positive adult role models, educational programs and career guidance. Dr. Tsui served as President of the organization from 1992-2007. Dr. Tsui has won several awards over the years for his community involvement and has also been recognized in the media for his work.
